Extended Holiday Hours!
We're going to try something new this December and open at 11AM on Thursdays. That's right, we'll be open from 11-9:30 on Thursdays for your holiday shopping, so be sure to stop by for a visit.
Recipe Specials for December
Pacific Gravity's style of the month for February is Belgian Ales. We've got a couple of great Belgian recipes, plus we've got a couple of recipes that are perfect for brewing during the cooler months.
Our first recipe special is Anchor 2005 Homebrew Club of the Year Steam Beer. It's our Sepulveda Steamer recipe renamed in tribute to Pacific Gravity and it's only $22 during December.
Next is our first Belgian: Evil Monk Belgian Pale Ale. It's a great choice for anyone who likes Belgians but doesn't want to be overwhelmed by alcohol. Try it for $22 during December.
Next up is a new recipe: Tin Drum Kolsch. This style is a club favorite and is perfect for brewing with the weather's a little on the cool side. It's going to be one of our new $30 recipes but you can try it for only $26 during December.
Our last special of the month is Double Trouble Abbey Ale. This is one of our oldest and most popular recipes, and if you use some of the Belgian Dark Candi Syrup in it, you'll have something truly memorable. Brew it this month for $30.

We're now stocking the new book by the founder of Dogfish Head Brewery. It's got a number of recipes for extreme beers by Dogfish Head, as well as contributions from other breweries across the country. We've also got a full stock of other books for your holiday shopping, including Radical Brewing, Designing Great Beers, Beer Captured and Sacred and Herbal Healing Beers.
Two Liter Flip-top Growlers in Stock
These arrived too late to include in the last newsletter but they're not too late for you to share your holiday beers in style! These growlers are European style with the large Grolsh type flip-top stoppers. We've got two kinds – one with a glass handle for $18.95 and one with a metal handle for $28.95. They're guaranteed to impress your friends!
