We're Now Open Mondays and Tuesdays!

Beginning Monday, November 3rd, we will be open on Monday and Tuesdays from 11-7. That means we're open 7 days a week for your brewing needs!

2008 Hops Starting to Arrive

We just got our first shipment of 2008 whole hops. Better yet, one of the varieties that came in is Zeus, which is another name for Columbus/Tomahawk. If you've wanted Columbus, but haven't been able to get it, now's your chance. To make it easy, the jar is still labeled Columbus/Tomahawk.

Full Line of Candi Syrup in Stock

In addition to Dark Candi Syrup, we now carry the Clear, Amber and Dark 2 syrups. Now you can use the same sugar syrup the Belgians do, whatever style you're brewing.

Skimmers in Stock

If you've attended our beginner's class, you know how handy a skimmer can be. We don't always have them in stock, but we bought a bunch recently. Buying in quantity lets us sell them cheaper, so they're only $6.95.

Seasonal Yeasts in Stock

We have a number of seasonal yeasts available. The newest from Wyeast are the French Farmhouse, Biere de Garde and French Saison strains. We also have their Canadian Belgian yeast and Bavarian Wheat Blend. Meanwhile, in White Lab's platinum line, we have Saison Blend, Dusseldorf Alt, Abbey Ale IV and Belgian Wit II.
