New Hops Arrive and Old Hops Return

We've finally got some good news to report. After a long absence, we have Halletauer, Columbus, Amarillo and Magnum hop pellets in stock. We also have whole Northern Brewer and Sterling, Santiam and Ahtanum hop plugs. In other good news, we have Summit hop pellets. Summit is a new high-alpha (16.7%) hop with strong tangerine and orange citrus notes in its aroma.

Hops Rhizomes Ordered

We also have orders in place for hop rhizomes. The delivery date is still unknown, but they should be in some time during March. We're expecting a number of varietals, all American hops which grow well in all climates.

BeerGuns in Stock

If you've made the jump to kegging but still want the occasional bottle for competitions or to give to friends, the Blichmann BeerGun is the answer. It's far and away the easiest way to fill a bottle from a keg.

Full Blichmann Line Available

Along with the BeerGun, we offer the full line of Blichmann Engineering products. If you're interested in the best brew kettles, conical fermenters or (coming soon) multi-tier brew towers on the market, talk to us. Blichmann sets minimum pricing, so we can compete with anybody in the country on price.

Second Beginners Class a Success

The beginners brewing class on the first Thursday of each month got so popular we added a second class. That class was so popular we've made it permanent. If you're a beginner and couldn't make the Thursday class, come to the Tuesday class. It's on the third Tuesday of each month.

Don't forget we're open Mondays and Tuesdays now.
